What this site collects.
Short version: almost nothing. This page is about pikaproductlab.com only, each product has its own privacy policy linked separately.
This marketing site
Pikaproductlab.com is a static website hosted on Netlify. We don't run analytics, we don't set tracking cookies, and we don't share visit data with third parties. Your browser fetches the pages and, apart from the two outbound requests described below (web fonts, and the live card count), the conversation ends there.
Netlify, as the host, records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp) for operational and security purposes. We don't read those logs unless we're debugging an incident, and we never join them with any other data set.
Web fonts
Pages on this site load one typeface (Fraunces) from Google Fonts. Your browser requests the font files directly from Google, which reveals your IP address and user agent to them. We don't send Google anything else, and no cookie is set by that request.
If we ever want to close that gap completely, the fix is to self-host the font files. It's on the list.
The live card count
The home page shows how many cards are being tracked in CardCue Pro. To display it, your browser makes one read-only request to our database host, Supabase, and reads a single row of totals. That request necessarily reveals your IP address and user agent to Supabase, the same way loading any image or font from another domain would.
Nothing about you is sent, stored, or written by that request. It is a read, not a write: no cookie, no identifier, no record that you visited. The number it returns is a plain tally of cards, never tied to any person. If the request fails, the page simply doesn't show the number.
The contact form
If you submit the form on the contact page, your name, email, message, and inquiry type are delivered to us through Netlify Forms. We use it to reply to you, and that's the only thing we do with it.
We won't add you to a newsletter. We won't put you in a CRM. We won't share what you wrote with anyone outside the studio unless you've explicitly asked us to (for example, if you said "feel free to forward this to your partner who handles press").
Submissions stay in the Netlify Forms inbox for as long as the conversation is active, then we archive them. If you want yours deleted, write back and ask, we'll do it and confirm.
The newsletter
If you enter your email in the "Get a chirp when the next one ships" box, we store it (through Netlify Forms) for one reason: to email you when a new app ships. One message per release, no marketing, no "we miss you." Unsubscribe any time by replying, and we'll remove you and confirm.
Cookies
None set by us. Your browser may keep a small amount of state to remember scroll position or form input, but we don't write tracking cookies and we don't operate a consent banner, there's nothing to consent to.
Product privacy policies
Each Pika Product Lab app has its own privacy policy, separate from this site. The apps handle different data with different rules and we don't want one document to muddy the other.

Changes
If we change this page, we'll update the date below. We won't quietly weaken anything, if a change matters, we'll say so explicitly.
