Platinum
eHealthcare Leadership Award for Best Interactive Experience, recognition that decision-support could be warm and rigorous at the same time.

Product designer and flowmaster on ALEX, Jellyvision's behavior-driven benefits decision-support SaaS. ALEX turned what had been a stressful, paperwork-heavy moment in an employee's year, open enrollment, into a calm, personalized conversation that millions of people across hundreds of employers actually finished.

I designed the conversational flows, personalization rules, and nudge patterns that adapted recommendations to individual employee profiles, turning hard benefits math into a voice users actually wanted to hear. Eleven years of compounding craft on one product, across responsive and mobile-first redesigns as the platform grew.

At the core of all of it: The Jack Principles, Jellyvision's foundational framework for interactive design, born out of You Don't Know Jack and adapted into a doctrine for software that feels like a knowing, paced, personality-rich conversation. The patterns I learned there, voice as architecture, decision-support as conversation, rules as the engine, are still the operating playbook for everything I build now.

100k students
benefited in year one, 70% first-generation or underrepresented.

Owned end-to-end product strategy for a behavior-driven career-readiness platform serving students, mentors, and employers. The mission was to level the playing field, bringing the kind of professional-development resources elite institutions take for granted to high-school and university students from underrepresented backgrounds.

I helped deliver the core product surfaces students actually used: ATS-tested Resume Building with automated grading and personalized, actionable suggestions; Elevator Pitch Training that coached a confident 30-to-60-second self-introduction; and Personal Branding modules that helped students shape a professional story for networking, internships, and entry-level roles.

All three sat inside a gamified career-map Dashboard with ranks, badges, and milestone progression. An 8-week Virtual Internship Program and partnerships with Purdue, Southern New Hampshire, and Guardian Life rounded it out. 96% of program completers reported increased confidence pursuing their career goals, and the company closed a $2.6M seed round (S3 Ventures lead) during my tenure.

$125M+
in new and retained contract revenue tied directly to the platform unification I led.

Owned product strategy and UX direction for configurable, rules-based healthcare platforms serving members, providers, administrators, and service teams across 35 state Medicaid programs. Each state had its own eligibility logic, regulatory rules, and persona mix; the platform had to absorb that complexity without leaking it.

I spearheaded GainwellGo, unifying fragmented products into a cohesive, configurable digital ecosystem. Built measurement frameworks tying product decisions to adoption, task completion, contract retention, and operational cost, used by both clients and internal stakeholders.

Built and scaled distributed product/UX teams (30+ core, 50+ at peak), mentoring PMs and influencing roadmap priorities across product, engineering, and operations without direct authority.

$400 $1,500
of unredeemed value in the average US junk drawer, the problem CardCue exists to solve.

A native iOS and watchOS gift-card wallet that uses geofencing, lock-screen Live Activities, and on-device intelligence to surface the right card at the right minute, then go quiet.

I designed and shipped it end-to-end: the Right-Moment Doctrine that gates every notification, the eight-language localization architecture, the voice (Cue, a chirping pika who never yells), and a privacy-first data model that keeps card numbers on the device.

It's the first product from the studio and the template for everything after: small apps, big usefulness, shipped when they're actually good.
